Our CNC Router service is able to work with a large number of materials such as Carbon Fiber, Wood, MDF, or UHMW and other plastics. This is a great option for when you are looking to have a part cut out of flat stock material. Our machines are able to handle work pieces from 600mm x 800mm to 1200mm (48″) x 1200mm with a thickness of 1″ on some materials. 

Parts that would be cut are normally flat with the option of cutting part way into materials to leave pockets. Chamfering is also available as well as working on both sides of a part. This service is best suited for projects that would take too long to do by hand, where repeatability is important and tighter tolerances are required.
